Guardianship is the legal process of establishing who will step in should you become unable to care for your children or any other person you care for.
- Consult with the prospective Guardians and/or Conservators and the protected party about legal proceedings.
- Prepare and assist with the document preparation for the Guardianship/Conservatorship.
- Assist in preparation of the annual Guardianship and/or Conservatorship reports for clients.
- Communication with the Protected Proceedings Monitor at the Court when necessary.
